Seat Layout Description

The intent of the Seat Layout option is to determine the order in which seat sizes are placed.  There are three options available:

Mixed

Seat sizes are placed in a random order in each row, without consideration of the seats beside them.

Large Center

The larger seat sizes are clustered towards the center of each row, with narrower seats at the ends.

Mirrored Large / Small

The Mirrored Large / Small configuration is another means of creating an alternating row stagger without alternating the number of seats in each row.  In fact, the application will force an even or odd number of seats consistently with each placement, either through user selection, or as a Best Fit based on the starting row.

Seats will be placed such that the larger seats will be grouped on the house left end of the row for a single row, with smaller seats on house right.  On the subsequent row, this will flip to smaller seats being on the house left end and larger seats being house right.  The result is many times a center stagger due to the changing seat sizes.  However, each specific application will vary.
