BIM Manager

Performance BIM is expanding its BIM Management practice, and this role exists primarily to deliver BIM Management services directly to our clients. The BIM Manager will be embedded in client project environments, serving as the senior BIM authority on assigned engagements—establishing processes, managing coordination, and driving model quality from kickoff through closeout. Secondarily, this role contributes to PBIM’s own project delivery and internal BIM management alongside our existing team.

The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge—earned in live entertainment, themed entertainment, or specialty fabrication—paired with strong project management skills and the technical BIM fluency to back them up. Strong technical skills are the foundation, but the ability to lead and sustain client engagements is what defines this role.

A minimum of five (5) years professional experience working within the live entertainment, themed entertainment, or specialty fabrication sectors is required and non-negotiable.

BIM Detailer

Performance BIM is growing its production team and is looking for a BIM Detailer to support modeling, detailing, and Revit family development across our live entertainment and themed environment projects. Working under the direction of our BIM Manager and project leads, the BIM Detailer turns engineering drawings, manufacturer data, and design intent into accurate Revit models, clear construction documentation, and well-built, reusable families.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who already understands how live entertainment spaces are built and operated. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in the live entertainment industry is required; background in audio-visual and/or lighting systems is ideally what sets a candidate apart. We are looking for a meticulous modeler who takes pride in clean, standards-compliant work and wants to grow their BIM skills alongside an experienced, specialized team.
